We hope that we can introduce you to a lovely upcoming area of Turkey called Didim.  Altinkum is just down the road and in Turkish means "Golden Sands". Altinkum boasts three lovely beaches. The main beach is 20 minute walk or you can catch a bus from the main road which is a 5 minute walk from Aegean Park. (the 'dolmus' (bus) run every 10-15 mins) There are also 2 large supermarkets near by, Tansas which is a 5 minute walk and Carreforre which is a 10 minute walk.
